Terms of Service

HerWealth is a proprietary personal finance software platform designed to help users manage, track, and grow their financial health. Our services include access to our web-based software, tools, dashboards, and any digital resources that support the financial management process.

All users are expected to act in alignment with HerWealth’s mission and values — empowerment, accountability, and integrity.

Access and account creation are limited to individuals 18 years of age or older who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. Users may not use the Services on behalf of minors or third parties without written authorization.

Enrollment in HerWealth provides unlimited access to the platform and its features for the duration of your active subscription or as otherwise specified in your agreement.

• Users receive unlimited access to all software features, tools, dashboards, and any downloadable resources provided through the platform.
• HerWealth reserves the right to adjust, update, or modify platform features, tools, or delivery methods as needed.

Continued use of the platform indicates agreement to current policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to share your account, allow multiple users under one login, or misuse any HerWealth software, tools, or features.

You also agree not to:

• decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any HerWealth software, tools, or related materials;
• modify, rent, lend, publicly perform, broadcast, or distribute any portion of our Services;
• make derivative works or translations of HerWealth content, tools, or software;
• use our Services on devices you do not own or control;
• copy, reproduce, or distribute materials in any manner not expressly authorized;
• interfere with or harm the platform or software (including hacking, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks);
• infringe the rights or reputation of HerWealth or any third party; or send/authorize spam or other unsolicited communications.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and legal action.

We hold a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior directed at HerWealth staff or representatives.

You agree to:

• treat all HerWealth team members and representatives with respect;
• maintain a professional tone across all communications with HerWealth;
• refrain from defamation or spreading misinformation about HerWealth or its services;
• follow all platform guidelines and usage policies.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of your account without refund or prior notice.

All sales are final.

Due to the digital and software nature of HerWealth’s services, HerWealth does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:

• change in financial circumstances;
• non-use or failure to use the platform;
• technical difficulties on user-owned devices;
• schedule conflicts or dissatisfaction.

By enrolling, you:

• waive your right to dispute or reverse charges through your payment provider;
• acknowledge that chargebacks constitute a breach of contract and will result in immediate account termination;
• agree that HerWealth reserves the right to pursue legal or collection action for any reversed or unpaid funds.

HerWealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or refund, if you:

• violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct;
• defame or harass HerWealth staff or representatives;
• misuse HerWealth intellectual property or breach confidentiality;
• misuse or tamper with HerWealth software or systems.

Termination may be immediate, and access to all platform features, tools, and data will be revoked.

You agree not to make any knowingly false, defamatory, or misleading public or private statements about HerWealth, Shelby Sapp, its team members, or affiliates.

This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, online reviews, verbal comments, or private messages that could damage the brand’s reputation.

Honest, good-faith feedback shared directly with HerWealth staff is always welcome. However, malicious misrepresentation, exaggeration, or sharing of confidential information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

All software, tools, dashboards, content, templates, videos, and resources are the exclusive property of HerWealth.

This includes trademarks, service marks, and logos protected under U.S. and international law.

You may not copy, share, resell, modify, or distribute these materials for any purpose. Your access is solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction of HerWealth intellectual property will result in termination and may lead to legal enforcement.

Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination and a liquidated damages penalty of $10,000. This penalty represents a fair estimate of reputational and operational harm caused by public defamation and is enforceable under Florida law.

DMCA Notice: If you believe content in the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to tech@herwealth.io identifying the work and the allegedly infringing material, with your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access and notify the user; counter-notices may be sent to the same address.

To protect the integrity of our platform, you agree not to:

• recruit or attempt to hire HerWealth staff or contractors into any competing business;
• use HerWealth intellectual property, systems, or relationships to create or market a competing offer.

This restriction remains in effect for 12 months following the end of your subscription or account access.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal action for damages.
